Hire products

The company supplies a wide range of quality tableware, glassware, cutlery and serving equipment suitable for weddings, parties and corporate events. Extensive stocks of tables and chairs are available for the largest of indoor and outdoor functions. Hire of mini marquees, patio heaters and patio furniture is a fast expanding part of the business, as is hire of portable air conditioning. Heavy duty cooking equipment and refrigeration is available for short time hire to service functions or as a back up when customers' own kitchen equipment breaks down. All the products can be delivered promptly to the venue using our specialist vehicles and highly trained staff.

New products

This catalogue includes many new items not previously available in the catering hire industry. There is an increasing demand for products to create a special ambiance - from the subtly sophisticated to the relaxed and fashionably casual. New ranges of china, glassware and cutlery should supply the style and flair to suit every taste, in addition there are 24 colours of table linen to chose from and specialist cooking equipment including kebab grills, hot dog steamers, crepe machines, pizza ovens and pig roasters.

Quality assurance and customer care

Every hire item is cleaned, checked, wrapped and safely stored after each hire. Electrical items go through a rigorous test procedure and gas powered items are carefully checked. The aim is to supply every item in good, clean condition ready for use in order to ensure your function is a Special Event.

Conditions of Hire

Bentley Brown Catering Hire Ltd are members of Hire Association Europe. The conditions of hire are displayed in our offices and are printed on the reverse side of all acknowledgements of order and hire contracts.

Hire Terms and Conditions
We are constantly increasing our stock. If you require an item that is not shown please ask. Specifications may differ slightly from those shown. Deposits are required for all hires to non account customers.

INFORMATION

Opening Times: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am to 12:00pm, Sundays & Bank holidays - Closed.

Payment Terms: We require a deposit upon order placement and Full payment is required prior to the event

Deposit Terms: Upon booking £50.00 or 10% of the hire value, whichever is the greater. Deposits are held against losses and breakages until the hire items have been fully checked on return to our premises. Refund Terms: This is fully refundable assuming the hire is not cancelled within 30 days of the event.

Methods of Payment: All major Credit and Debit cards, except American Express and Diners Cards. Cash and Cheques.

Rates: Hire rates quoted (except air-conditioning) are for a 48 hour period or weekend hire (inc. Bank Holidays). For weekend hire; Collection by the customer or delivery by our transport may be made on Friday and returned the following Monday. Prices subject to change without notice.

Extended Hire: For a 3-4 day period the charge is one and a half times the 48 hour rate. For one week the charge is twice the 48 hour rate. For longer periods please ask for a quotation.

Transport: We transport hire products using our experienced staff in specialist vehicles. May we quote you ?
